Pros

Great philosophy of management and a true team environment. Very supportive for training with a spirit of fun and diligence. Strong growth and always busy with new projects. Management truly listens to feedback and show in practice they value their employees. Focus is given from managers for best customer experience but also for a healthy work/life balance, which is rare and appreciated. Flexibility to work from home occasionally exists, which I like.

Cons

Is a smaller firm that is growing rapidly, so there are some tough elements that need to be tackled as the company gets larger. Mostly a good thing as more clients are onboarded and a challenge for best practice solutions to balance the load and keep to targeted completion timelines.
