I liked my boss a lot. Base salary was good. Hybrid schedule with some flexibility

Benefits were pretty unimpressive. Often heard the phrase “this isn’t a 40hr a week job.” With expectations to come in early and stay late for many employees. High turnover led to gaps in knowledge that led to problems with processes
