Leadership is important and this organization lacks leaders that are able to hold people accountable. Failure to hold people accountable has lead to, chaos, unstructured work environment, high turn over rate and lack luster performance. Most people look at this organization as a job because it pays the bill but they are truly invested in making the organization.
