Pros

You'll never be bored from a lack of work to do

Cons

- Expectation to work 60+ hour weeks - Horrible benefits, you pay a lot out of pocket for the plans and the deductibles far exceed what is required by the government for a high deductible plan - No career growth path available and HR disinterested in creating anything - Extremely slow to take care of any financial obligations whether to their employees, ex-employees or suppliers - They hold no value in their dedicated hard working employees they strictly look at pay when deciding where to make cuts - You will always work on a team with multiple people that drag the project down and those people will retain their jobs for 30+ years
