Fast paced, if you do your job well you can move up quickly Gives you an opportunity where you may not have enough experience for other companies. Gives you chance to prove yourself. Family run company Good pay FANTASTIC HR LEADERSHIP

Only 10 days PTO Cross-department communication can be hit or miss Ops Dept can be overworked, but they get paid for it

Expect to work holidays (all except Thanksgiving day and Christmas day) and not be paid for holiday time. Owners are not great people and don't want you to approach them when they come to your store. Not flexible hours or scheduling
