Pretty fun job that does pay well for how much work your doing depending on location I work in a slower location and I promise my friends who work in busy stores are very unhappy

Cons

Absolutely no communication between even your direct manager. Company raises cost every couple of months on our customers making our job even harder citing increased cost of doing business yet denies almost everyone a raise during the worst inflationary period we’ve seen in 40 years

Cons

Changed a lot over the years and into a very corporate company. Dealing with issues beyond your control occasionally with very ruly customers.

Pros

Ever since I took on a position with CC, it has been wonderful, they provide us with virtually every utensil needed to conduct a proper fitting with each and every client. Clean work environment Great upper management Top tier training and resources Great vendor relations Top of the line building tools. Good response times on questions asked from each department.

Cons

Maybe more PTO for upper management Lead times on OEM orders could be better, but we understand manufacturing delays in this crazy world. Equal pay for fitters, but I know every market and territory is different. I really do not have many cons as I love working for CC. Pay is always a big topic when talking with fitters, but no big complaints on my end.
