Get to see and work with major and boutique golf companies Had the ability to get discounted product, not sure if that is sticking around

Cons

Profit margins are all we hear about and it’s clear that’s the only thing management is pushing to meet. Goalposts continue to be stretched for everyone. Very low pay for a skilled job, very low ability to move up pay tiers. Management does not communicate to employees. Unsure if discount is available anymore for most manufacturers outside of one big one.
