Pro's of Club Champion are as followed. -Work/Life Balance is the best I have ever had with a company -Opportunity to grow is super attainable and can be done in a quickly manner sometimes -Product selection of Golf equipment is the best in the industry -Great discounts/Perks working for the company

Cons

Con's of Club Champion -No 401k match -Insurance is very expensive -Pricing on shafts are too high and deters customers away

Great hours to work. Great opportunity for advancement. A lot of fun helping people with their golf game. Good pay

Cons

Only con I could think of is working the weekend. Bothered me at first but was never really an issue for me.
