Pros

Access to most manufacturers and golf equipment technology.

Cons

Management lacks commitment to employees. Sales contests only benefit busiest stores. Employees are pressured to work extra hours and on days off.

Pros

Best tech in the business. Co-workers are great.

Cons

Where. To. Begin... Granted some of this has to do with COVID but it's getting to the point where a lot of it is on the company. Opening more and more stores without being able to handle the amount of orders they currently have. Fitters are dodging bullets out in the field from customers, getting calls and texts on their personal cell phones and emails on their days off and late at night that they are expected to answer and then give the vaguest of answers as to where their orders are. Hard to keep in contact with these people when you're doing 8 straight ours of fitting with no breaks. No semblance of a work/life balance unless you want to fall behind on all your other tasks. Extremely low morale and the stress from the job has caused a lot of great employees to jump ship. For the amount of work you're expected to put in and the compensation you are given, it's laughable.
