Worst Company I’ve Ever Worked For

Pros

-Discounts on golf equipment -The customers -Use of TrackMan and building equipment any time you want

Cons

-Also the customers -They do NOT pay their employees for their worth, their hard work, skills & knowledge (which they did not aid in at all) -“Training” (if you want to call it that) is an absolute joke; learned more in one week at my studio than I did at one month’s worth of training…waste of company funds IMO -Mgmt is also a complete joke and are comprised of cowards on a power trip running a good ol boys club -Don’t listen to their employees who actually know what they’re talking about -Interested in charging the customer as much as possible instead of what they actually need
