Cellphone and emails are never ending. Work calls after hours constantly. Stress level from lack of information on turnaround time. Overworked and underpaid. The company pretends like they want to help you move up, while they promise advancement even when your performance meets their goal, they will Make up something to keep you down. Awful Management from the top down.
