Sometimes a Fun Place to work.

Cons

Terrible Management, micromanagement. Pay is terrible. End up working more hours that you are paid for. I have been asked to change my time card so I don't get overtime. Fitter responsibilities increase with no pay increase.

Access to awesome equipment. A decent PUD system. Relatively fun.

Cons

A lot of mismanagement. Lots of turnover. Company changes policies out of the blue. Costs double what the competition sells. Job has become less about fitting and selling and more about being a call center.
