      Miscommunication is Key

      Pros

      Company has a whole has a wonderful "guest-oriented" attitude. There is also a noticeable corporate presence at all locations -- making it seem more like a small family. The Clyde's standards of service are wonderful. The staff and guests are very diverse.

      Cons

      At all 3 of the locations I have worked at, the miscommunication between managers has been unbearable. Their differences in standards and values ends up creating hostility among both the employees and the guests!

      Pros

      Quality of food is good. You might will have a great experience if you dinning there, but not working.

      Cons

      If you work as a waiter, you will get $2.13 per hour +tips = $7.25 per hour. The tip out is so big that you are really walking out of the shift making minimum wage, sometimes even less. Culture is mixed and some people are nice, but some are whistle-blowers. Worst place to work.
