Pros

Easily the best training program that I have encountered or heard of for front of house staff. You will learn a lot that will set you up for success at Clyde's restaurants, but also for success at any future service job. I also found that the working environment was good and really enjoyed my time working for Clyde's part time as a college student.

Cons

The training program and expectations are more rigorous than you might expect, especially if you have worked other service jobs. Also, you may feel a bit confined by the standards of service.

The workplace is very collegial, management was always willing to help you, exceptional training before you get put on the floor to work.

Cons

Difficult to move up in position if you have not worked there for a long time.
