Pros

Provide top of the line training in which you receive numerous certifications that would otherwise be very expensive. Having Clyde's Restaurant Group on your resume will almost certainly get you in the door at most food service establishments without question.

Cons

Too reliant on their reputation to have an open mind about potential change that could increase sales and improve employee work culture.

New management (Mr. Laytham has passed R.I.P.) has changed everything that Clyde's once stood for and the rules change everyday. If you don't get with the program, you'll be axed. A boys club. Look at upper management, you'll only see white men with a sprinkle of two white woman to manage the books and social media.
