Pros

Clyde's trains its employees well. They have been in the business a long time and they know what works and what also what hurts them. There is a sharp focus on what the customer wants and creating an environment where families and friends can come together and have a very enjoyable dining experience. The managers make sure to let you know what you are doing well and how you need to improve.

Cons

At times the hours seem long compared to the pay off. The nature of the restaurant industry is that the pay varies from shift to shift. You have to do what you can to position yourself for success by establishing yourself as an important part of the staff.
