Pros

This is a christian based business so it is closed on Sundays. Working in the Slow Paced enviroment = Not so stressful work days. Great Food for the price you pay. 50 % your meal (employees)

Cons

The tips go to a charity so no tips for your waitresses/food runners. Family management showed favoritism to former employees. Not very many hours availible being closed two days out of the week.
