working here was great. nice corworkers, good money, great managers, and the atmosphere was always fun, productive and positive. loved working here

Cons

the tip out to the backwait and bussers was too high when i worked there but it may have changed. there isnt anything bad i can say about this company and job. sometime the managers were nowhere to be found when it was slow so the staff had to be able to be very independent.

Pros

Company has a whole has a wonderful "guest-oriented" attitude. There is also a noticeable corporate presence at all locations -- making it seem more like a small family. The Clyde's standards of service are wonderful. The staff and guests are very diverse.

Cons

At all 3 of the locations I have worked at, the miscommunication between managers has been unbearable. Their differences in standards and values ends up creating hostility among both the employees and the guests!
