      Great people, great service, and great food and drink are just the beginning for this company. Definitely would recommend to a friend

      Long hours should be expected for a service job, as should the inability to control the type of customers one interacts with

      Pros

      -Constant busy PM shifts -Lots of help when needed from managers/other servers -ability to schedule off quickly and easily -Get as many shifts as you can handle -once 'promoted' to working the patio, income can easily double during the summer -Always busy bar filled with many regulars -Chance to truly have regulars, over 60% of business is repeat business

      Cons

      -Some micromanaging from managers -biased seating rotations on occasion to manager's favorites -Unnecessarily kept many servers on after 'pop'

      Pros

      Great coworkers and management. All locations work well with each other while still maintaining their own personality.

      Cons

      The only ones I can think of were more people that were hired rather than the company as a whole. That being said, every company has people that don't work well with everyone else.
