Pros

There was a large volume of customers at this location, so as a server it was very likely that you would do well.

Cons

The management did not give there employees any considerations or thought. Every front-of-house employee was treated as if they were replaceable.

Pros

Great place to work, management is very accommodating and helps you grow. There is also a lot of room to grow within the company.

Cons

The hours can get pretty demanding at times. Was never a fan of no paychecks, personally I don't like walking home with cash after each shift.

Really enjoyed my time, great staff. Location meant a lot of high profile people would come through. That was neat.
