Pros

Really enjoyed my time, great staff. Location meant a lot of high profile people would come through. That was neat.

Cons

Restaurant industry is challenging, not a con, but it is what it is. Customers can be challenging.

Flexible hours, fantastic management, great benefits, training and advancement opportunities. Clyde's training is invaluable.

Cons

If your passion isn't customer service, this is not the place for you.

Pros

Clyde's will stand by its employees for the long haul. I witnessed several instances of managers being relocated because of conflicts in their current role, but no one was fired right off the bat if something went wrong. They provide great training to all new employees and are committed to customers always being first

Cons

Not really any cons unless you're not somene who would like working in the restaurant business in general.
