      Pros

      Good hours, other servers are nice and helpful. Management is always courteous and usually understanding.

      Cons

      Pay is really low, especially if not working prime time hours. Averaged less than minimum wage in tips.

      Pros

      -some large tips from guests due to high menu prices -fair work hours for an employees performance -decent management, for the most part

      Cons

      - huge tipout for little backup (backwait/bus didn't pull their weight all of the time) - just like any restaurant, it's a dramatic and crazy atmosphere that I couldn't vibe with after too long... just don't get involved

      Pros

      -Equal opportunity hiring, -Very friendly and helpful managers who are there to help you instead of micromanaging and telling you to do this and that. -Daily menu class lets you learn about and taste the dishes and specials you will be serving -Guests are usually wonderful people who are fun to interact with. -Good money on busy shifts. -fun work climate.

      Cons

      -Leaving at the end of a shift can take forever due to the amount of signatures and closing procedures you need to complete. -A very big restaurant with a lot of waiters / waitresses. Most people are friendly but others are not so nice, and there is nothing you can do about it.
