Fun place to work -- lack of awareness by upper management

the team you work with will become quite good friends with you

upper management are constantly cutting hours but adding more work and responsibility when their just wasn't the staff to put up with it in my time working there the post office we had attached closed and instead of just losing it, management decided to offer royal mail a combi till ran by the coop employees who had to receive extra training and work load. handling postage and financial transactions without any increase in the pay being offered

HR does a good job of hiring team oriented people

Cons

Pay tops out low at smaller locations. Very seniority based, as opposed to skill based.
