Terrible although good progression options

-good progression if you fit the trousers (promotion withing the first 6 months to team leader) -discount -some of the staff -if you have the right team working then can be an easy shift

Cons

- management are not approachable if you have an issue - bullying from higher management to make you do things they want like come in and cover shifts - long hours with low pay and no thanks for it - on nights can stay as much as 1 and half hours over with no extra pay - hire anyone and not people who will do a good job - no support from management when struggling - get moaned at if something isn't right but no praise for when you do well

Pros

Good company, great team and atmosphere, used to get bonuses yearly depending on contract but that stopped

Cons

Bosses can be lazy and just sit in back office and not input on shop floor. They have a sense of power and abuse this making others do their work and get into trouble
