Pros

Good amount of holidays Great area manager (Mike clegg) The shop I work in is great we all work as a team and get on well

Cons

The pay isn't great. Even with a pay rise coming up we will still only be a tiny fraction over the minimum wage as that goes up every year. We promote healthy eating yet never have fruit or veg on promo it's always chocolate and wine and pop and cakes, keep that but add healthy stuff to it as well.

Pros

Challenging, varied work, top class leadership, clear strategy, using a crisis as an opportunity to renew

Cons

An awful lot to do leads to lack of focus. Lack of collaboration between business areas.
