Pension and very little else

Cons

Senior Management misleading mid managent and mid managers (especially HR / support functions) delivering an unethical approach to people management. Support functions should mean just that and not the opposite.

The Store is 150 yds from my house so i know almost all the customers , enjoyed the jobs we had to do

Cons

Our Store had some spiteful staff who frequently were 'dobbing' other staff in to gain brownie points, last manager was very corrupt and dishonest, some staff were on a power trip most of the time
