Pros

Great staff in store, good compensation although not compared so some of the newer supermarkets such as Aldi and Lidl

Cons

Different experience in every store. Staff are not retained or trained properly. There are numerous health and safety issues in stores (whilst I was there I broke my foot, I know of someone else who lost there toes). Equipment is old and therefore often breaks down (fridges, freezers, lifts). Staff are not valued and there is a clear divide between morning and evening staff with both lots of people blaming each other for problems that they have caused.

Pros

All positive is found only in job adverts. They stating competetive salary and great carreer opportunities but this all is fake, as soon as you cross their door

Cons

Nobody is responcible for anything. Managers are only to fill position. late deliveries, mess with paperwork, dirty stores and absolutely stressfull working environment as if you do good, everything undone will be hung up on you.
