Many of our current managers and senior colleagues began in similar roles, and we view it as a strong foundation for career development within the organisation. Discount and decent break times.

Cons

Far too much responsibility placed on team members, especially when closing the store. Not enough members of staff on each shift, making it difficult and stressful to complete jobs.
