      None, work anywhere but here.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs, acquisitions with no integration plan or designated M&A team, poor total rewards, zero company culture, meetings are indescribably awkward and corporate jargon with no action items attached. The turnover rate is astronomical. Last but not least, CoStar took gender affirming care out of their health coverage policies which harmed a number of my colleagues and their families.

      They used to give free food, but heard thats not a thing anymore

      Cons

      No room for growth and leadership laughs at you if you even bring it up, toxic culture where everything is a blame game, no training whatsoever, they slowly took away employee benefits over time, and the company has grown to have the worst reputation in the richmond area. Long term outlook on this company is grim just due to its endless internal problems
