One of the most glaring issues is the imposition of unrealistic metrics that sets employees up for failure. The metrics not only demoralize the workforce but also create an atmosphere of constant stress and anxiety. The arbitrary and callous nature of employee terminations is shocking. People are fired without warning or explanation. The lack of transparency and disregard for employee's well being is deeply concerning. I urge anyone considering employment at CoStar group to proceed with caution. Until meaningful changes are made at the highest levels, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. Majority of the managers at CoStar live in fear, so they are not honest with the higher ups about what is really going on.
