      Extremely toxic company culture. Any employee retainment is due to the high pay. They fire people very easily.

      Good products and good pay...when they don't try to hold back from paying commissions.

      Cons

      Toxic, High turnover. Leadership is horrible. They try to find every reason to NOT pay commissions. They take away your book of business to not pay residual money, but count it against your sales targets if they cancel.

      #1 business in its sector. Successful growing international organisation. Lots of opportunities for employment and personal development. The company makes significant investment in people and skills. High rewards for hard working ambitious people. Good salaries, bonuses, equity, health care, food and beverages, social events etc Grade A offices. Dynamic culture.

      Cons

      There aren’t any if you are someone who is prepared to work hard and smart. No different to other very successful companies. It’s an in office company which might not suit everyone. But there is flexibility. Dynamic and fasting moving culture requires people to be adaptable.
