Pros
The earning potential is high relative to the industry, you just have to be smart and put in the work. It's technically an hourly position so you clock in and out but you're never expected to work off the clock. Pretty decent company culture. Happy hours, outings, etc. The people are great, the product is unique and the philosophy is amazing.
Cons
Complex compensation plan and the expectations for performance are high. To a degree, customer satisfaction determines compensation and at times, it's out of the SA's control. The Homes.com product/service for sale is only about 14 months old so there are growing pains as to be expected. Cold calling 70+ dials a day plus account management can feel a bit overwhelming but worth it for the money.
