      benefits, cafeteria, onsite gym, great coworkers, good training if this is your first sales job

      Cons

      Rigged compensation plan, product doesn't work leading to cancellations, you're penalized for cancellations even if the customer fulfilled their initial contract commitment, leadership knows the product doesn't work but will continue to blame employees for retention issues, the product had such a bad reputation in the market that it's become impossible to sell
