honestly none. they say it's the pay, but you can find better. there used to be free snacks, but they took them away. all the fruit was rotten anyway. classic costar
Cons
- constantly moving the goalpost - no communication between departments - managers take no responsibility - reprimanded for speaking out in public forums - using AI slop everywhere - they have no idea what SEO actually is - endless meetings that waste your time - everyone gets laid off eventually - if you want to suck up and fit the mold, then you can do that here and succeed (if you hit metrics) but you could also do that literally anywhere else and not live in fear for your job
