Kpi based. Working 9/5 is not enough to meet targets. They fire people left right and centre. Very ruthless company with a vicious strategy

Good basic pay up to the end 2024.

Cons

No career / no development. You work with 5-10 different systems at the same time. Nothing synchronizes between the systems and there is no compatibility. Company is a mess. Nobody has a overview. Everyone is just "managing" the mess and nobody is questioning anything. You start and You leaving frustrated the work. It is a lot expected but there is no efficiency or quality possible. Quantity over quality! New starters get a job with fancy titles as "specialist" or similar but only for a low wage.
