We wanted to confirm that we have received this feedback and value both current and former employees sharing their opinions with us. We're always happy to hear when employees note our generous benefit offerings as a positive for working at CoStar Group. The rest of your review contains some opinions that are not factually correct or rooted in reality. As an obvious example, we care about and support all of our employees, not just those based out of one particular office. In fact, the DC office makes up less than 13 percent of our entire global employee population. To infer that the contributions of only 13 percent of our employees matter to the company, and that 87 percent of our employees don't exist, completely delegitimizes the tremendous contributions and impact all of our employees make at CoStar Group. Additionally, to say that there is no room for advancement is not only inaccurate, it takes away from the accomplishments of those employees who have advanced in the company. In 2020 alone, nearly a quarter (24 percent) of our total hires were from internal candidates. While we understand the desire for people to take to websites like these to air their grievances and make generalizations, please consider how these comments may take away from the incredible achievements of the people that make up CoStar Group.
