So many of my colleagues and I were hired in a panic and then given unrealistic expectations for our work. This company was one of the most stressful and fear-inducing environments I've ever encountered. I was constantly working late and trying to follow guidelines that made no sense for our content. And after I had told management about my struggles, I was either ignored or was given some BS encouragement or tips on how to work faster. Do not work here. Even for their favorite employees, they will eventually backstab if it means saving a buck. Poor and immoral leadership.
