      Leadership is supportive and encourages innovation in analytics within the framework of very transparent objectives and goals. A result of this transparency is autonomy to achieve objectives without micromanagement. There are also regular opportunities to engage with clients and industry leaders, including speaking roles at prominent events. Additionally, the compensation and benefits are likely the best in the market for this type of role.

      Pros

      A great company, and a great place to work if you are talented, driven, hard working and ambitious. Also a genuinely international and hugely diverse organisation, which offers extraordinary opportunities to it's employees.

      Cons

      CoStar is not for everyone - no company is. You'll be held accountable for what you contribute, and you'll be pushed to excel.
