      A great place to work, and I’m not just talking about the shard! The teams are designed to help and guide you There is ample opportunity to develop and learn from all departments Management are extremely constructive You get to go to the states to train for the job Oh, and free coffee...

      A great way to get to know people in the Industry

      * Competitive Benefits Package * Month Long Training In USA - Very detailed and hands all, as well as paid for. * Interacting with Brokers in the industry, as well Owners, Developers & More * Management works among staff on the floor - someone is always available to help if need be * Healthy snacks are provided * Easy access to Union Station and Subway * Social events for both clients and staff * Sales and Research coordinate and work together

      Cons

      * Small office (Moving to bigger location at the end of the year) * Can be high pressure. Clients expect a lot from Research associates and it can sometimes be a lot. Lot's to do in an 8 hour day. * Cleaning Staff does not do the best job of cleaning the office.
