      Pros

      Gets you in the door of the commercial real estate industry. On site management is great and treats you like a person.

      Cons

      Upper management at corporate hates you. Auditors will scream at your clients and make your life harder. The pay is not what is advertised on their website. You will be lowballed. Training will be your worst experience in your professional career. Its a mess. 3 weeks of inefficiency in a unventilated room with no windows wasting several hours a day away from your family. Managers from corporate will come into town and pitch fits cursing and yelling. Network infrastructure is weak. For a "technology" company, the technology is very poor and inconsistent.

      Pros

      The people you meet will be the best part of the job. Your direct managers usually try to be helpful and are great outside of work. The benefits package is fairly good and sucks you in.

      Cons

      Company does not care about employees. Morale at HQ is so low that almost 3/4 of employees leave before 2 years is up. Senior management never fully explains anything and often changes expectations mid quarter or without publicizing the start date. Most employees spend free time dreaming about getting out than about helping the company grow, the job does not lend itself to loyalty or commitment. The noticeable difference in the treatment throughout the company of various departments is a major catalyst for employee dissatisfaction.

      Pros

      Starting out as a person out of college is good pay... benefits are great, 401 option and stock is great as well.

      Cons

      However, I have been here for 2-5 years (no need to be specific) and have seen people being promoted when they shouldn't. I've seen people get let go for no reason. They will put you on a market where you will succeed in, and if they don't like you, stick you in a poor market where you go from your "goal target" to almost nothing and then they fire you! If you have a good manager he/she will defend you, but if you're not your managers 'favorite' he/she will take upper management side.
