      Pros

      Lots of coding projects to work on Generally have decent server and network infrastructure to run our software Able to take time off when needed

      Cons

      Upper management changes their mind very frequently. Sometimes it's frustrating to work on a project only to have that project dropped in favor for another project (which may also be dropped).

      Pros

      Large office. Located downtown Bethesda.

      Cons

      My manager does not know what she is doing. She has two people to assist her and is so far behind. She is so busy talking to her "friends" that she does not get her work done. Everytime she has to do a spreadsheet, she freaks out. Decisioning making is not her strong suit. She is afraid of her supervisor???? How can you respect someone like this? I know I could do a better job than her. I feel so overquailfied for this job. I will never get ahead because of our conflicts. She will only help her "friends" no matter who is doing the best and most work.
