Pros

Management in the satellite office I worked in was legitimately some of the most friendly, most personable individuals I have worked with. Learned a lot with industry standard technologies, such as React, C#, SQL.

Cons

The CEO is far too egotistical. He fires key members and makes massive decisions on a whim. Cut wfh flexibility massively 6 months ago, and again cut wfh recently. I have 100% confidence that wfh will be entirely canceled before Q3 2025. Parking and food options have been slowly diminishing, requiring more and more employee payment.

Pros

- Good pay, great benefits - Interesting complex technical challenges - coworkers are great, really smart people to work with and learn from - Stable company. The company is always turning profits and if you do a decent job, you will keep your job

Cons

- Some brands are dated legacy technology but they do have plans to move to more modern technology. Corporate feeling. - You don't get a ton of say on best practice. The directors and VPs do what they want and they have been here forever - Doesn't always have clear instructions. More here's your assignment let's see what you come up with.
