      Pros

      Upper management allows management to make decisions that are best for their business needs. Close management team, the pay and benefits are outstanding. Coach is a very professional and fashion forward environment.I enjoy helping the customers that want your help in finding their new bag. I enjoy training new employee's and help develop current associates. There's a kind of rush you get during busy moments. The staff that I work with are a lot of fun, we make work very enjoyable!

      For a high school student, working as a sales associate at Coach is a good opportunity. The discount is great and the working environment is manageable.

      Cons

      There is a lot of micromanaging and a very high turnover rate, which is never a good sign within a company. There is an overall lack of appreciate, but nothing more than you'd expect as a high school student.
