      Pros

      Great company to work for, products are always changing, constantly learning new things. Awesome employee discounts especially at the end of every season.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth, felt like I deserved more pay than what I actually got because of the work I've put into the company.

      Pros

      Job security is high as unless you do something terrible like steal, you basically cannot get fired.

      Cons

      Worked for Coach for close to 6 years, and company has deteriorated. The company has no vision (especially with new CEO and new creative director), unsure who their target market is/want to accept who their target market is and therefore design/sales have been slumping affecting bonus' both for year end and monthly team pay which was a huge perk for working retail. Typical retail hours/vacation so nothing above and beyond. Pay is low for regular SA's and managers given other retail environments in the area.

      It provides a relatively good pay in the retail industry. Diverse environment. Relatively much freedom in the way you work.

      Cons

      It might get mundane and slow-paced at times. There is not much to gain or take away as a part-timer.
