some management don't even know the empolyees, not to mention value them. Put too much effort on lower the product cost, instead of building brand or improve the process. Too complicated organization structure,few people can really make decisions. Insufficient internal development opportunity, incline to hire manament from outside, people relationship plays keep role in internal promotion.
