      Pros

      Coalfire is a leading PCI and information security consulting organization. They have an onboarding experience that has left me feeling welcomed and wanted by the organization. After 3 months on the job as a remote worker has left me feeling wanted and my contributions important to the success of the organization. Sometimes, a remote worker can feel isolated, but that is not the case at Coalfire. Management does a good job letting us know the state of the company and its future direction. This has been a good onboarding experience and I feel like I know what I'm supposed to be doing with regular feedback from my manager and director.

      Being a remote worker can leave some feeling isolated. That is not uncommon for any organization.

      Exciting and growing field, help clients daily. fast growing company, lots of learning and growth opportunities. Good pay.

      Growing pains and high standards can be hard to balance. On balance, good problems to have. High quotas and low commission rates.
