      Coalfire gives you the opportunity to be a self starter in a collaborative team environment. The staff across the company is friendly and professional.

      Cons

      High growth rate makes some areas unstable. More doing and less thinking.

      Pros

      Recruiting department was so helpful and informative through the hiring process. HR was quick, responsive and very welcoming Management and team members have been wonderful Executive Leadership are wonderful to work for and with Overall, the company appreciates their employees

      Cons

      Because the company has grown so fast, it takes a little bit to get your feet under you. It is the fastest paced start I've ever had to a job. Not entirely a con though.
