Company does not value support staff and no work-life-balance is allowed

Pros

You get to work with some smart people and learn a lot.

Cons

They have people in high-level mngt positions who can't manage their way out of a box. They frown upon anyone who wants work-life-balance - no room for it, they say. No career path at this company. They only value their consultants - and sales people to a certain extent. But they pay no mind to anyone in a support role, no matter how good of an employee they are.

Pros

Not much onsite work, compared to competitors. Same goes for salary, I've seen way worse salaries in competition.

Cons

Time difference between US/UK might be an issue, especially if you need support.
