Pros

- Great, hard-working people (Dependent on team) - Ability to get trained in certifications and have these paid for - Looks good on a resume

Cons

- Upper management doesn't care for feedback, especially in the form of constrictive criticism. - Expect 50+ hour weeks standard, - Communication is minimal and one-way. - Transferring teams is on-paper possible and will be rug-pulled every time. - Targeted projections are reached for a vertical only to be told that we can still do better. - Lots of tribalism.

Pros

If you’re living the overemployed life, this is the perfect company to do it for. Minimum effort is expected and you won’t be fired as long as you don’t do something incredibly stupid.

Cons

No training, minimum effort is encouraged, and you’re expected to figure out what your job is. Managers are powerless to help and you’re always being asked to do more with less. Want a bonus? You’ll be demanded to work nights and weekends.
