Pros

I've never been in a company that has so much complaining. The latest is the cell phone reimbursement. The people that complain are making $100k+ and don't appreciate the great benefits on healthcare and things that matter. I'm grateful for everything they do and try to do. Its a great culture with people that care.

Cons

Time to bring in new blood. Too many older timers that are stuck in the old ways and not embracing the reality of the changes in this world.

Pros

• Great people at the consultant level • Many sales reps doing the best they can with what they can sell

Cons

• Stopped paying bonuses to pad their P&L • ELT is doing layoffs of actual workers with no impact to management • Products are terrible and not getting better

Very team-dependent

Pros

Your experience here will definitely depend on what team you're on. Some teams are great with great managers who do their best to shield their teams from upper management nonsense. Great work/life balance. Remote work.

Cons

Communication across teams isn't great, nor is confidence in upper management.
